Rits replaces at the helm experienced coach Üllar Kerde, who had safely navigated the Tallinn University through the first round of the Latvia-Estonia league.

Rits is the former Estonia National team player (1994-2006). She was a playing coach for the Tallinn University teams (BC Star-TLÜ 2007-2009, TLÜ/Volta 2009-2010). She won the Estonian Cup in 2008 and Estonian championship in 2009.

The 41 year old Rits will assume her duties on 5^th January.
