Veal has played for numerous Women`s National basketball league (WNBL) teams in her native Australia.

This season she played for the Canberra Capitals where she averaged 7,2 points and 3,0 assists in 19 games while being in the same team with Lauren Jackson.

Veal was part of the Australia national team between 1999 and 2012.
