The 2016 Final Six was played April 8-10 at the Audentes basketball gym in Tallinn, Estonia. TTT Rīga completed three peat (2014, 2015, 2016). Catz Lappeenranta and Vega 1/Liepāja have earned Latvia-Estonia basketball league medals for the first time, including the first ever medal for the team from Finland.

First place: TTT Rīga (22-0, Final Six 2-0)
